In Sacred Space Grief Wellness Retreat

As we move into the Holiday season, we understand the importance of having resources and support for anyone working through grief and loss.

You are warmly invited to join us for “In Sacred Space”, a transformative grief wellness retreat designed to offer solace, healing, and connection for those navigating the journey of loss. Set in a nurturing environment, this retreat is a sacred container where your grief is honored, and your healing is supported.

In Sacred Space offers:

• Guided Healing Sessions: Participate in Dharma talks and meditative practices of Breathwork, Group Acupuncture, Sound and Art therapy designed to help you release emotional pain and promote inner peace.

• Community and Connection: Supported by our team of Death Doulas, find support in a circle of compassionate individuals who, like you, are navigating the complexities of grief.

• Reflection and Renewal: Engage in personal reflection and creative expression to help you process your emotions and embrace your unique path forward.

• Nature's Healing: Experience the restorative power of nature, where stillness and beauty offer comfort and a sense of belonging.

Whether your grief is recent or longstanding, In Sacred Space welcomes you to rest, reflect, and heal. Together, we will honor our losses while creating space for new beginnings.

Friday November 22nd @ 4:30pm to Sunday, November 24th @ 11:30am
Yuba Libre Retreat Center in Nevada City, California (a little over an hour North of Sacramento)

$333 - This price-point covers the essential components necessary to bring this program to fruition. It supports an effort to continue Mourning Flow’s work to make Grief Wellness spaces accessible for Black, Indigenous & People of Color and those who have been historically marginalized within wellness spaces.

$444 - Supports the time, effort and knowledge that the Practitioners bring to this work and to their communities. It acknowledges the years of dedication, discipline and education in their roles as Death Doulas, Space-Holders and Grief Guides of this life's work.

$555 - This price point is reserved for those who have the financial capacity to pay it. It not only supports the work of the teachers, but helps provide partial scholarships to potential attendees who are experiencing financial need.

This retreat includes: Dinner on Friday & Saturday evening, and Continental breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning. Though we will provide a short list of suggestions, You are responsible for making your own offsite overnight accommodations.
